As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:
1. Execute care plans, including administering medications, collecting specimens, and providing clinical treatments alongside other medical interventions.
2. Accurately document all patient care activities.
3. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families as necessary.
4. Assist patients with daily living activities, which encompass personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and mobility.
5. Collaborate across various disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual or psychosocial support needs.
6. Assess the educational needs of patients and/or their families, providing tailored education that considers age, culture, health condition, and specific circumstances.
7. Advocate for the physical and emotional health of patients.

Qualifications:
