About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting teams and leaders to build a sales force that is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations and a place where teams love to work.

The Human Resources Expert will provide guidance on federal, state, and local employment law, as well as experience using basic Office Suite computer and workforce management programs. You will also have knowledge of industry-leading people and scheduling software.

A typical day for this role will include observing guests to understand their needs, being knowledgeable about store tools and products, and working with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs. You will also support training needs, deliver on HR operational and cyclical programs, and comply with safety policies and best practices.
