ABOUT THE ROLE

A Fashion Sales Consultant is enthusiastic about operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience, bringing the essence of style to life through engaging in-store displays that facilitate quick and easy self-discovery.

Fashion Sales Consultants are approachable and attentive in addressing guests' needs on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere by genuinely greeting all guests.
  • Observing to quickly assess whether a guest requires assistance or wishes to engage.
  • Utilizing store tools to gain a clear understanding of key metrics, sales objectives, inventory levels, and guest traffic patterns.
  • Ensuring product availability by maintaining a well-organized and replenished sales floor.
  • Fostering an inviting shopping environment by staying updated on trends and executing visual merchandising standards.
  • Managing fitting rooms to inspire and welcome guests.
  • Being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available throughout the store.
  • Acknowledging guests while completing tasks with minimal disruption.
  • Supporting changes to product assortment and keeping the area engaging for guests.
  • Owning and maintaining assigned areas with expertise.
  • Accurately setting regular and promotional signage for designated categories.
  • Executing revisions, sales plans, and planograms for specified categories.
  • Conducting weekly price change tasks for defined categories.
  • Completing Radio Frequency ID (RFID) scans in select areas.
  • Accurately executing backroom fills.
  • Maintaining organization of backroom aisles according to standards.
  • Prioritizing guest interaction while balancing workload.
  • Addressing guest needs using available resources.
  • Expressing gratitude to guests in a sincere manner.
  • Consistently demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Working safely at all times.
  • Supporting guest services such as backup cashier and order pickup.
  • Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements.
