Warehouse Staff

Quixote Studios LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Staff/Driver to join our Production Supplies team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, excellent customer service skills, and a strong proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pull and stage Quixote equipment for orders in an organized manner.
• Check and test all equipment to ensure proper functioning when it comes back from a client and before it goes on rent.
• Work with clients on the check-out and check-in process of equipment at the Quixote facility or on location.
• Help management with stock checks and short lists to maintain accurate inventory counts on a day in and day out basis.
• Communicate customer requests, order changes, and/or paperwork specifications to a member of the management team.
• Safely operate lift gates and material handling equipment to load, unload, or restock equipment.
• Load and unload trucks following all proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques.
• Properly assess and complete minor repairs to equipment when able.
• Deliver and pick-up of expendables, production supplies, sub-rentals, purchases, and repairs to and from client locations in a box truck.
• Accurately and thoroughly complete all paperwork.
• Immediately report any issues/problems with vehicles to a member of the management team.
• Maintain cleanliness of all company vehicles and a clean work area at all times.
• Operate all company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, always following all state and DOT regulations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong proactive work ethic.
• Possess a valid driver's license, excellent driving record, and experience driving vehicles in a work environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, clients, and team members.
• Ability to perform all duties in a safe manner and in alignment with Company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Heavy work: requires ability to continually lift, push, and pull 50 pounds of product individually and occasionally in excess of 100 pounds up to 160 pounds of product in a team lift.
• Physical activities required of this job include, but are not limited to: bending, carrying, climbing, crouching, feeling, finger movement, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, rapid work speed, speaking, reaching, repetitive motions, seeing, sitting, standing, stooping, talking, twisting, walking, and walking on irregular surfaces.

Working Conditions:

Work activities will regularly include working outside, in inclement weather, with exposure to extreme temperatures, areas of poor visibility, wet and/or humid conditions. Noise level in work environment can be loud and cause sound vibrations. Dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, hazardous chemicals, and operating vehicles will also be present in work environment.

Job Status: Full Time

Compensation: The pay range for this role is $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market, and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment.
