Eligibility Requirements
  • Must have the right to work in the U.S.
  • Must have daytime availability of 20 hours per week
  • Must be in the last 6 months of a student program
  • Must be willing to accept the internship for at least 12 weeks
  • Must achieve and maintain a cumulative 2.8 grade-point average
  • Must pass a physical and drug screen, as well as a background check
Selection Process

Candidates will be evaluated based on academic performance, experience, references, leadership potential, interest in the construction equipment industry, communication skills, and mechanical aptitude.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • Work environment: frequently will work near moving mechanical parts; occasionally experience vibration and exposure to outdoor weather conditions
