Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure complete satisfaction through quick, friendly, and superior service.
  • Order Taking and Preparation: Take guests' orders accurately, relay the order to the kitchen staff, and present the order to the guest, properly packaged and with all necessary accompaniments and utensils.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash receipts.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Stock adequate supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, and other essentials for the serving of guests.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean all guest areas, including restrooms, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Explain menu items, answer product questions, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, handling cash transactions, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, and maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception.
