Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store, including small wares, merchandise, and physical plant, to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Teamwork: Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 14 years old (18+ for all shifts)
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft software and cash register systems
  • Lifting and Mobility: Able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly and stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts
  • Temperature Tolerance: Able to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
