We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Technician to join our team at Lippert Components. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our powder coating process.

• Operate powder coating equipment to apply a uniform coat to products
• Monitor and maintain the quality of the coating process
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with established standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on coating equipment

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or coating environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
