We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Manager to lead our supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of quality products to meet customer demand.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and maintain resources needed to establish an effective supply chain.
- Oversee material procurement and ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Develop and implement product planning and scheduling processes to meet customer needs.
- Ensure accurate and organized material inventory management.
- Train and mentor material team members to support purchasing, planning, and supply chain tasks.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators to inform supply chain health.
- Address customer issues and ensure purchasing, planning, and supply chain tasks align with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years' experience in Materials or Supply Chain in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years' management experience.
- Ability to perform with ambiguous and incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing a team and advanced understanding of supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, demand planning, forecasting, production planning, and fulfillment.
- Strong systems skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.
- Experience in running MRP.
This is a salaried, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $110,000.00-$140,000.00 annually.
