Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Manager to lead our supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery of quality products to meet customer demand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and maintain resources needed to establish an effective supply chain.
  • Oversee material procurement and ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Develop and implement product planning and scheduling processes to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure accurate and organized material inventory management.
  • Train and mentor material team members to support purchasing, planning, and supply chain tasks.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators to inform supply chain health.
  • Address customer issues and ensure purchasing, planning, and supply chain tasks align with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years' experience in Materials or Supply Chain in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years' management experience.
  • Ability to perform with ambiguous and incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing a team and advanced understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, demand planning, forecasting, production planning, and fulfillment.
  • Strong systems skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Experience in running MRP.

This is a salaried, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $110,000.00-$140,000.00 annually.
