Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Michigan. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new customer and project opportunities within our target industry segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Networking and Relationship Building
    • Establish and maintain relationships with high-tech and industrial manufacturing companies, including Facility Managers, Engineering Managers, and Production Managers.
    • Build relationships with General Contractors, including PreConstruction Managers and MEP Project Managers.
    • Network with industry affiliates such as Engineering and Design firms, Mechanical Contractors, and Electrical Contractors.
  • Industry Engagement
    • Participate in relevant tradeshows and industry groups, such as ISPE, ASHRAE, and 7x24.
  • Qualifications
    • Outgoing and gregarious with a natural ability to network and build relationships.
    • Prior experience working with or calling on industrial companies, General Contractors, and industry affiliates.
    • Self-directed and able to work autonomously.
