**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**

* Maintain building equipment in proper working order, including heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
* Perform preventative maintenance on YWCA buildings, equipment, and vehicles
* Conduct repairs and painting of all YWCA facilities
* Assist inspectors and independent contractors as needed
* Complete regularly scheduled inspections of facilities with the Facilities Administrator and ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety codes
* Maintain the grounds of YWCA facilities, including mowing, raking, snow removal, and trash removal
* Perform group and meeting room set-ups
* Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
* Complete work orders as assigned and prioritized by the Facilities Administrator
* Pick up donations as needed

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Minimum of High School or equivalent GED, two years of experience in a related field
* Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
* Valid driver's license
