We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and survey the area to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations and enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct regular patrols and maintain a high level of visibility to deter potential security threats.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and activities.
Requirements
  • A valid Arizona Guard License is required.
  • A high school education or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly starting rate of $18.75.
  • Two shifts available: Saturday through Monday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (24 hours per week, Part-time) and Tuesday through Saturday 6am-2pm.
  • Included Perks & Benefits: Health insurance for full-time employees, 401k, Arizona Sick Leave, Uniforms Provided, Assistance provided to obtain security license, Wisley Pay Card (for direct deposit), and DailyPay.
