Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise Pepsi products on store shelves, showcases, and sales floors
  • Arrange products according to pre-arranged plans or own ideas approved by management
  • Place price and descriptive signs on products and fixtures
  • Transfer products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with Sell By dates
  • Order products for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures
  • Communicate effectively with key store personnel on service and product needs
  • Construct or assemble display aids from company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to perform basic math functions and interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs
Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.
