We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Rock River Healthcare in Rockford, IL. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work a posted schedule and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

  • Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1 year or more of current dialysis experience.
  • A valid Illinois nurse agency license.
  • Geriatric patient experience.
  • NXStage dialysis machine experience.
  • CNN or CDN certification (preferred).
  • Crown Web EMR experience (preferred).
  • BSN (preferred).
