About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient dialysis center, where you will have the chance to deliver care in an empathetic and compassionate way. You will be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine setup

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
