Job Summary:

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Providing excellent customer service to members, both in person and over the phone
  • Performing financial transactions, such as cash withdrawals, deposits, and transfers
  • Cross-selling credit union products and services to meet member needs
  • Opening and closing membership accounts
  • Processing loan transactions, from application to payout
  • Balancing daily transactions and resolving out-of-balance conditions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate related computer applications
