SUMMARY

The role involves the independent interpretation of technical documents such as blueprints, planning sheets, and sketches to ascertain tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and methods for equipment operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interpret and execute all tasks as specified in technical drawings and work instructions;
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various shop processes;
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic manufacturing setting with minimal oversight;
  • Conduct Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on machinery;
  • Overhaul all thermal spray apparatus, including guns, powder feeders, and consumables;
  • Operate Inspection & Assessment (I&A) and top coat machinery;
  • Handle the loading and unloading of components into chemical tanks while overseeing the stripping process;
  • Apply masking techniques to parts both externally and internally using prescribed methods;
  • Execute shutdown and startup protocols for all machinery;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.ADDITIONAL DUTIES
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, reporting any unsafe practices to management or human resources.
  • Engage in proactive teamwork to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Foster a positive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management across all levels.
