Your Role:
We are looking for a Full-Time Retail Operations Leader to enhance our customer experience by providing exceptional leadership, coaching, and oversight of store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Culture: Foster and promote our company culture by supporting our mission, values, and vision.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to set team objectives and action plans, measuring success through regular performance reviews.
- Team Supervision: Lead daily sales and operational activities within the store.
- Effective Communication: Maintain proactive and collaborative communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Performance Management: Drive store sales and achieve key performance indicators by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting products effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Organize and execute promotional events and product sampling.
- Inventory Management: Ensure compliance with inventory controls, maintain stock levels, and manage shipments according to store policies.
- Store Operations: Uphold a clean and organized store environment, manage communications, and oversee cash handling procedures.
Who You Are:
- Proficient in computer skills and numerical analysis.
- Experienced in customer-facing roles with a focus on leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
