About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $245,000 per year, with opportunities for annual quality incentives up to $50,000. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, executive savings plan, and UHG employee stock purchase program. In addition, you will have access to a robust clinical support team, including NPs, PAs, RNs, LVNs, MAs, nurse educators, case managers, clinic administrators, referral managers, coders, centralized scheduling, nurse advice line, and robust IT.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on preventive medicine and managing chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with our primary care physicians (IM & FM), hospitalists, and network of employed/contracted sub-specialists to deliver seamless care to patients
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical research and guidelines
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Valid DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
