Core Expectations
- Provide tailored, professional assistance to all members
- Uphold member confidentiality consistently
- Inspire and engage team members
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and appearance
- Accurately process member transactions
- Follow security protocols and operational guidelines
- Participate actively in training sessions
- Exhibit courtesy and diplomacy in all communications
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with a variety of financial inquiries and transactions
- Assess and process loan applications
- Open new accounts and manage account updates
- Provide notary services and facilitate wire transfers
- Promote products and services to members
- Oversee branch staffing and scheduling
- Support marketing initiatives
- Conduct staff meetings and analyze financial reports
- Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards
- Train and assess employee performance
- Execute other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in banking or credit union environments
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Capacity to work effectively and make sound decisions
- Knowledge of banking regulations and policies

- Proficient in operating office equipment and effective communication
