  • Oversee branch staffing and scheduling
  • Support marketing initiatives
  • Conduct staff meetings and analyze financial reports
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards
  • Train and assess employee performance
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banking or credit union environments
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills

  • Knowledge of banking regulations and policies
