Job Overview:

Join our team at Peco Foods as a Poultry Production Associate, where you will play a vital role in the processing of poultry products.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Poultry Production Associate, your duties will include:

  • Executing the cutting, trimming, and packaging of poultry.
  • Utilizing various tools such as knives, cleavers, meat saws, and bandsaws for meat preparation.
  • Cleaning, trimming, slicing, and sectioning carcasses for subsequent processing.
  • Preparing meat for packaging by cutting and trimming.
  • Removing components like skin, feathers, scales, or bones from the carcass.

Position Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • No prior training, education, or experience is necessary.
  • A urine drug test is required.

Work Schedule:

This position offers the following shifts:

  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Night Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday
