Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at FSA Federal. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of financial accounting tasks, supervising subordinate staff, and coordinating with other support components to accomplish work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of financial accounting tasks, including budget execution and financial analysis.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinate staff, setting goals and priorities in accordance with task order requirements.
  • Monitor work and ensure that it meets all requirements and is delivered on time.
  • Formulate administrative and technical procedures to troubleshoot workflow issues and improve quality and timeliness.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial condition of assigned programs to ensure fiscal soundness.
  • Perform liaison functions with clients regarding budget execution and provide complex and technical research.
  • Keep customers and senior management updated on operational status and plans, providing all required reports on or ahead of schedule.
  • Manage personnel in accordance with contract and company requirements, including monitoring employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching, and administering employee evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Three years' experience in accounting/finance, with supervisory experience and experience with enterprise financial systems.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, excellent communication skills, and intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to multitask and consistently deliver high-quality work and customer service.
