- Collaborate with healthcare teams to refine and achieve plans of care, and continually monitor patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Administer medications, provide health education, and document patient progress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- 1 year of experience as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program, or current enrollment in an Alternate Entry Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program or higher level education
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required within 6 months of hire
