About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual RN to join our team in the Emergency Department at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and serve as a clinical leader for other staff.

This is a full-time position requiring rotating shifts, with a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for shift differentials and bonuses.

About the Role:

  1. You will work within the nursing process to provide direct care to assigned patients.
  2. You will assume relief charge duties when designated and serve as a role model to promote a positive work environment.
  3. You will educate new personnel and participate in orientation.
  4. You will ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  5. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
