Position Overview:
Accountable for liaising with front-of-house staff to deliver a dining experience that fulfills or surpasses each patron's expectations. Monitors each patron to ensure satisfaction with the cuisine, beverages, and service, addressing any additional requests promptly. Oversees overall staff performance, including morale, service evaluations, punctuality, and/or disciplinary matters. Ensures a clean, safe, and organized work environment as outlined in operational checklists and in compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with patrons to take food and beverage orders.

    •Foster and maintain positive relationships with all team members, including back-of-house staff.
