Job Summary
As a Customer Service Ambassador at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience in our stores. You will be the first and last point of contact for many customers, making a lasting impression on their shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist customers with their needs, including answering questions, locating products, and providing product information.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements
