About the Role

As a skilled Respiratory Therapist at ECHN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess and manage patients with complex respiratory conditions.

Job Summary:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to meet their specific requirements.
  • Administer medications, operate equipment, and perform various respiratory therapies as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care program and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in critical care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
