Job Summary:We are looking for a highly qualified Respiratory Therapist to work in our 80-bed Level 4 NICU, a 20-bed Level 1 PICU, and a 20-bed Cardiac ICU. The ideal candidate will have strong NICU and PICU experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics, along with ED experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients in the NICU, PICU, and Cardiac ICU
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
- NC License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics, along with ED experience
- Strong NICU and PICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and RRT certifications
- Cardiac experience is preferred
