Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Northwest products and services to provide financial options to clients through a consultative approach.
- Connect customers with Northwest products and services, including opening accounts and identifying customer financial needs.
- Work collaboratively with other specialists to connect customers to experts who can help with their needs.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through proactive and reactive engagement.
- Utilize knowledge of Northwest technology to educate and assist clients on the usage of self-service options.
- Complete educational training as assigned and self-educate using bank-designed programs and applications.
- Assist office management as needed with audit certification requirements and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year banking and/or retail experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
