Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting and management, particularly with partnerships and form 1065. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, ensuring the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns, estimates, and extensions.
  • Guarantee the accurate and timely submission of all tax returns and related documents, including form 1065 and K-1s.
  • Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax liabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert guidance on tax-related issues.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.
  • Conduct tax research and recommend strategies for effective tax planning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and provide training to junior staff members.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in tax management, particularly with real estate and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and tax software applications.
