SENIOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR Chautauqua Lake Child Care Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Early Childhood Educator to become a vital part of our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to fostering the growth and development of young learners, ensuring a secure and supportive atmosphere for their educational journey. The successful applicant will have a background in crafting educational plans, executing engaging activities, and tracking student development. Strong communication skills with parents and team members, along with excellent organizational abilities, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute educational plans that are age-appropriate and cater to the unique needs of each child.

  • Foster a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to families.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Ensure a tidy and well-organized classroom setting.
  • Apply effective behavior management techniques to promote a secure learning space.
This is a full-time role (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, year-round).

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline

  • Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
$21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and educational background)
