Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Animal Health. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Greet and welcome clients, answer questions, and triage concerns in a calm and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary or medical front office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer software.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassionate, calm, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
