We are currently seeking a skilled JIRA Project Analyst for an exciting opportunity. This role offers a contract position with potential for future engagements. Below are the details of the position:

Compensation: $70 - $75/hour. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave, subject to work location.
Essential Qualifications and Technical Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fields such as IT, Operations, Project Management, or Product Management, ideally within the Finance or Banking sector.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or relevant certifications is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of JIRA, including the ability to configure issue types, workflows, screens, permissions, and boards (Scrum/Kanban), as well as create roadmaps, write JQL queries, and develop JIRA dashboards.
- Experience with ScriptRunner scripts using Groovy and extracting/analyzing JIRA data via REST APIs is advantageous.
- Proficiency in other Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Compass, JIRA Align, and common JIRA plugins.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong alignment with Agile principles and client values, coupled with excellent leadership, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills, along with a commitment to continuous improvement.
