Experlogix CPQ Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CPQ Systems Analyst - Product Model Developer to join our team at 1st Team Staffing Services, Inc. This role involves developing and maintaining complex product models within our Experlogix CPQ configurator, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our products, specifications, limitations, and order entry automation, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will work closely with product management, engineering, and production teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that maximize the organization's benefits and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Platform (Experlogix) to ensure seamless integration with our business processes.
• Maintain the Experlogix database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Test and assess new Experlogix builds for potential upgrades to improve system performance and quality.
• Collaborate with support and developers to resolve integration issues and drive resolutions.
• Report software bugs to the Experlogix vendor and work with them to resolve issues.
• Work with business team members on Experlogix CPQ functionality and enhancements, understanding requirements and coordinating with the modeling team.
• Develop and maintain scripts and styles for the Experlogix CPQ web application to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and production to create the tools and data necessary for product development.
• Utilize Experlogix CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics CE & BC, Microsoft Power Platform, and other tools to enhance business and manufacturing processes.
• Create and develop system requirements within Experlogix to improve performance, quality, and external interfaces.
• Work with business analysts and developers to create optimal tools and software experiences for business needs.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements to drive solutions.
• Consistently meet attendance standards and be reliable in meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in data management or programming within a data-driven IT environment.
• Ability to incorporate organizational best practices into business applications.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience with Experlogix.
• Experience with Microsoft NAV / BC, CRM / Dynamics 365 Sales CE, Power Platform, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience or certifications in Microsoft cloud platform tools.
