This role is under the supervision of the Facilities Superintendent and operates with the support of the Facilities Manager. The Grounds Maintenance Specialist I/II is tasked with executing a range of landscaping, property upkeep, and preventative maintenance activities at various facilities. The primary objective is to uphold the facilities' safety and cleanliness standards, either independently or collaboratively.

  • Grounds Maintenance Specialist I: An entry-level role focused on basic property and building upkeep, landscaping, and assorted craft-related duties.
  • Grounds Maintenance Specialist II: Proficient in operating machinery, conducting advanced landscaping maintenance and repairs, and mentoring junior staff members.
