Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Specialist to join our Business Conduct and Global Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on global regulatory compliance initiatives, including due diligence, monitoring, and audits of third parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of third-party due-diligence screening reports to identify potential issues based on risk criteria and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement anti-corruption regulatory compliance program initiatives.

• Analyze third-party compliance allegations and perform additional investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor transactions for potential corruption risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Conduct third-party audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct research on regulatory matters to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

• Develop and maintain compliance systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

• Utilize Excel and Tableau skills to analyze data and identify trends and risks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work alone or part of a team based on project needs.

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
