Overview

Clinical Therapist Opportunity

Advanced Recovery Systems LLC is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy to patients. You will work closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Clinical Director
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments
  • Prepare patients for discharge and maintain communication with referral sources and other service providers

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field with licensure/certification as per State regulations
  • At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field
  • Experience providing 1:1 therapeutic clinical experience, including treatment planning/review and/or SOAP/DAP notes
  • Experience facilitating group therapy (DBT, CBT, ACT, Relapse Prevention)
  • Licensed in the State of Maryland with one of the following: LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCADC, LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT, LGADC

Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri with an occasional weekend day rotation every 4-6 weeks. Employees work with the Clinical Director to determine the schedule.

Benefits:

  • Commuter stipend for FT Clinicians, up to $400/month
  • Competitive pay ranges: $38-43/hr ($79,040- $89,400)
