Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Manager to lead our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team services. This position requires excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the mental health treatment landscape.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ACT team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program operations.
  • Manage the program budget, ensuring timely and accurate billing and grant expenditures.
  • Collaborate with community service organizations to promote our mission and procure resources.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services.
">Requirements:

A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field is required. At least three years of experience working with adults with chronic mental illness is necessary. A license in a Mental Health Profession in the State of Maryland is also required.

">Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
