As the Task Force Food and Beverage Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration and management of our Food & Beverage functions across all assigned hotels. Responsibilities:

* Implement HEI Tools, processes, and procedures at the property to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Stabilize property operations with a focus on proper staffing, tools, and expense controls.
* Establish a strong Guest Satisfaction (GSS) focus with daily review of verbatims and develop an action plan to improve.
* Ensure Brand Standards and Property Safety Standards are closely followed at all times.
* Forecast, implement, monitor, control, and report on outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
* Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
* Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
* Create, recommend, and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations, and ideas to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.
* Identify Social Media and email marketing needs and ensure a continuing online presence.
* Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure quality service.

Qualifications:

* Must be able and willing to travel 100% of the time.
* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Food Service Management preferred.
* A minimum of 2-5 years' relevant Food and Beverage experience.
* Strong experience in Microsoft Office and various software programs, including POS/Open Table.
* Hotel experience preferred.
* Communication and Leadership Skills.
* Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
* Ability to instruct and teach others how to do something.
* Must be self-disciplined.
* Must possess time management skills.
