• Accompany teams in their agile journey, advising on organizational development and supporting transformation projects.
• Help our employees transition from traditional project management to agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and value-driven decision-making.
• Advise agile roles at all levels to align their products with customer needs, improving measurable factors like customer satisfaction, product quality, and delivery speed.
• Facilitate workshops and large group events, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication among teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT experts to develop a comprehensive vision for an agile organization, driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
