About the Role

As an Agile Coach at Thunderbolt, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's transformation towards agility and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany teams in their agile journey, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Advise on the development of organizational units, helping to create a more agile and responsive structure.
  • Support agile transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive change and improvement.
  • Help employees transition from traditional project management to an agile organization based on value streams, developing agile mindsets and conveying associated values and practices.
  • Advise agile roles at all levels to align their products with customer needs, improving measurable factors such as customer satisfaction, product quality, and delivery speed.
  • Facilitate workshops and large group events, such as PI Plannings or Inspect & Adapt workshops, to foster collaboration and drive results.
  • Collaborate with business and IT experts to develop a comprehensive target image of an agile organization, deriving actionable insights and recommendations.
