Equipment Validation Engineer

Position Overview:
**Onsite Requirement - The selected candidate will be required to work onsite a minimum of two days per week. Proximity to the workplace is essential, with the possibility of needing to be onsite five days a week if necessary.**
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, along with a background in Equipment Validation from any relevant industry, is preferred. The role involves a combination of laboratory and office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be engaged in equipment qualification and validation, which are critical competencies for this position. Collaborating with team members, you will conduct tests and support testing activities.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting in the development of technical documentation pertinent to Container Closure Integrity (CCI) testing.
- Executing protocols to aid in project development.
- Documenting findings and results through technical writing.
This position is heavily focused on documentation.
Job Details:
The role supports senior personnel in the initiation, design, and execution of projects, particularly those related to CCI testing. You will apply fundamental engineering principles to gather user requirements and convert them into technical documentation for implementation. Additionally, you will assist in project definition by conducting engineering studies and evaluations for CCI system installations, as well as providing design recommendations based on field assessments of existing systems.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess one of the following:
- A Master's degree, or
- A Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, or
- An Associate degree with six years of relevant experience, or
- A High school diploma/GED with eight years of relevant experience.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in solid modeling.
- Strong technical writing capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Writing documentation such as procedures, technical assessments, and engineering drawings.
- Developing solid models for fixtures.
- Participating in meetings.
- Conducting testing activities.
