  • Engage in comprehensive case investigations and manage the discovery process.
  • Take and defend depositions, ensuring thorough documentation and review.
  • Draft and argue motions, preparing cases meticulously for trial.
  • Serve as a second or third chair during trials, with opportunities to lead trials as experience is gained.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA accredited institution.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Proficient in working independently and collaboratively on behalf of clients.

Preferred Experience:

This position welcomes both seasoned associates and recent law graduates. Ideal candidates will possess trial experience, along with research and writing capabilities. Those with judicial clerkship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
