Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the planning, organization, integration, and execution of engineering projects within designated responsibilities.
  • Ensures compliance with all operational and process regulations.
  • Coordinates various project elements, maintaining effective communication with essential stakeholders.
  • Works alongside the department manager to assist in tracking and developing all project-related tasks from inception to completion.
  • Engages in business-related aspects of production and administration.
  • Organizes regular meetings with cross-departmental teams regarding project updates and schedules follow-up meetings as necessary.
  • Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and all company policies and procedures.
  • Completes additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Industrial) from an accredited institution.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with U.S. FDA regulations, cGMP, and Quality System Regulations for vitamins and nutritional products is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) to convey complex process information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SolidWorks, and/or AutoCAD.
