About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team in Bismarck, ND. As an Associate Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our customers to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions to help them succeed.
  • Work closely with other banking professionals to ensure that customers receive comprehensive banking services.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
