Job Overview

First Western Bank & Trust is seeking a highly skilled Market President to lead our Bismarck Region's retail, commercial, and ag banking activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements, loan policies, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the Bismarck Region's banking activities to fulfill growth objectives and policies.
  • Provide leadership and personal involvement in the local community to develop business relationships and represent the bank as a responsible business citizen.
  • Oversee the lending function and maintain strong commercial, agriculture, and consumer portfolios.
  • Guide bankers in meeting loan portfolio growth, sustainability goals, and detecting deteriorating loan quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or finance related field.
  • At least 5 to 10 years' experience in bank lending, loan review, compliance or finance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
