Job Description

Biolife Plasma Services is a leading provider of plasma-derived therapies, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Plasma Collection Specialist.

This role is critical to the success of our plasma donation center, where you will be responsible for greeting and motivating donors, collecting high-quality plasma, and ensuring the safety of donors and team members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer service, as well as flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and motivate donors to ensure a positive donation experience
  • Collect high-quality plasma while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Screen new and repeat donors to ensure eligibility
  • Take and record vital signs to monitor donor health
  • Maintain accurate records using our Donor Information System
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • U.S. starting hourly wage: $15.50
