Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless parking experiences for customers, facilitating the efficient flow of traffic through our facilities.
  • Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  • Monitor parking areas, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Be willing to assist customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicles.
  • Perform other necessary functions as assigned by management.
  • Conduct regular audits of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Count and reconcile revenue at the beginning of each shift to ensure accuracy.
  • Make change for customers as needed.
  • Quote rates for parking services and provide directions to city locations.
  • Resolve customer complaints independently or with the support of a supervisor.
  • Answer phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of our facilities and surrounding areas.
  • Present yourself professionally at all times, wearing a neat appearance and uniform.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a strong aptitude for technology.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record (if required to drive a company vehicle).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You'll be exposed to moderate to loud noise levels, extreme temperatures, and varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and reaching, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. You'll also need to be able to see clearly and have good hand-eye coordination.
