About the Role

This Office Operations Coordinator position plays a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointment management to optimize our clinicians' productivity.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting, to support our clinical operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Estimated Salary:

$58,000 - $68,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
