Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Wholesale Clerk to join our team at Future Ford of Roseville. As a Wholesale Clerk, you will be responsible for processing wholesale vehicle sales, verifying costs for the accounting department, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles and other vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tax and title documents
  • Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Verify accuracy in applications and ensure all information is complete
  • Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
  • Compile and maintain a complete list of outstanding title work
  • Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles
  • Sign over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full
  • Prepare a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work
  • Stock in used vehicles
  • Post vehicle sales, purchases, and wholesale units
  • Stay abreast of title regulations
Requirements
  • Dealership experience required - 2 years +
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Professional and dependable
  • Customer service oriented
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Strong Internet and computer skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
